Dr. Grace Sidberry is a licensed, clinical
psychologist who has been in private
practice for over 30 years. Her lifelong
interest in studying psychology and
working to help others overcome
emotional issues began while she was
growing up in Jamaica.
Dr. Sidberry received an undergraduate
degree in Psychology from Texas
Wesleyan College, Fort Worth, Texas.
After completing an internship with
Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas she earned her Ph.D. degree in Clinical
Psychology from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas.
In addition to her clinical work in psychology, Dr. Sidberry taught at Florida International
University and Barry University as an adjunct professor. She has also served as a consultant for
the United States Job Corps.
Helping her clients to work through personal issues of depression, trauma, anxiety, and
problems in relationships is Dr. Sidberry’s passion. She works with adults in individual and
couples counseling.
Dr. Sidberry integrates insights from the field of neuroscience and mind body medicine to help
her clients attain wellness in mind, body, emotions and spirit. She uses treatment strategies
which are research based and which provide practical tools for overcoming challenges.
